The TimberFox Consult LLC programs are designed to maximize the performance and success of any individual or organization by forgoing unproductive rhetoric to quickly assess and provide the requisite insights and tools to achieve optimal performance.
TimberFox Consult LLC expertise and talent has been enjoined with HorseTenders Mustang Foundation (HMF), a non-profit dedicated to effectively empower both human and horse to unite in sharing mutual benefits of learning and understanding by providing powerful, effective and highly engaging programs to greatly benefit corporations, organizations or groups of any size. The herd dynamics of the legendary mustang are remarkably similar to that of the human dynamic and resultantly offer unparalleled, powerful and lasting insights to maximize human effectiveness and potential. Various programs are provided and can be fully customized to best meet your needs and requirements.
All proceeds from these Corporate programs go directly to Horsetenders "Mettle without Medals"™ programs dedicated to helping US service members and their families and for the care of the Legendary American mustang.
TimberFox Consult Corporate programs, in association with HorseTenders Mustang Foundation, combine in excess of 30 years of experience in corporate consulting, human dynamics, and organizational behavior with the powerful paradigm of the herd.
Both didactic and tactile activities combine both human and the legendary American mustang to maximize human potential, organizational efficiency, and operational effectiveness. HMF sessions include encounters and observation of the legendary American mustang horse in the natural state.
Unlike any other domesticated breed horse, the mustangs still possess the unbroken spirit of resolve and are greatly skilled in meeting, adapting, and overcoming their challenges. Through various activities, participants discover how these behaviors can be related back to empower their organization or group and the individual human dynamic.
Mustangs are herd animals, and as a result, skilled at maximizing their individual strengths to enhance the safety, survival and effectiveness of their group. It is these behaviors that are beneficial in understanding, while promoting, the welfare of humans. Enjoining horse and human presents a non-threatening environment to learn from each other. This interaction incorporates verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, which are vital to the horses in their herds as well as to people in their professional and personal relationships by more effectively relating to the full range of the human dynamic.
TimberFox Consult offers a full range of unique, interactive, and effective programs proven to greatly benefit corporations, organizations, or groups of any size. No previous horse experience is required. All activities are performed on the ground and un-mounted. Each TimberFox Consult Corporate Program is fully customized to best meet your requirements and maximize program effectiveness. Several programs are provided for your consideration. Please feel free to contact us to discuss how we can best meet your specific requirements.
